Well, I should say I am as much as one can be, but the guys think honey is ok - and they wear leather shoes in a pinch. But the other stuff is a no-go. I've been vegan for 16 years - the kids their whole life; my husband for maybe 6. Before that I was vegetarian for 15 years. Love to cook - good at it too! Info: Has anyone here gotten hooked on veganfreakradio podcast?! LOVE THEM!!!!! I have tried several but they are by far the best and most entertaining IMO! Request: I am looking for a tried and true recipe for vegan spoon bread adn/or indian pudding.
