Guest guest
it's me....casey. been away... a long long time, i moved out with my boyfriend in june so i'm now typing this from our new apartment! wondering if anyway has some good spice idea for making veggie fajitas that are fat free or low fat. i've been watching what i eat the last two weeks and have lost 6.5 pounds! but we've been to jose tejas for lunch a couple times and i just LOVE their fajitas. wondering if i could make them similar at home... i eat them on the tortillas there...but i save half of my veggies and guacamole, and the black beans and bring them home. and the next day reheat the veggies and beans and put everything on a big plate or romaine for a fajita salad...SOOOO GOOOD!!! i haven't been vegan lately but i'm slowly cutting more and more dairy out of my diet. my boyfriend and i have been visiting fatfreevegan.com for great recipes he actually down't like vegetables... at all.. except peas, and artichokes, but he LOVES beans so we eat a LOT around here!! lol ok now that things are settle and we finally got our internet recently...(the couches seemed more important to buy LOL) i'll e on a lot more often! casey
