I rarely post. . .am more of a lurker (thank you all for your

amazing recipes!), but am writing to request a favor today.

 

A friend of mine recently submitted a recipe to the 92nd Street Y,

for their Mega Bites Challenge. His recipe for Pan-Roasted Potatoes

and Onions was selected as one of twenty-five finalists for " fan

favorite, " and it's deliciously vegetarian.

 

We love to cook for each other --- and of all of the dishes that

he's ever prepared for me --- this one is *my* favorite.
