Guest guest
Just a heads up public service announcement. They're allowed by law to claim no fat if it's less than 1/2 gram per serving. The problem is, a " serving " of Pam is a third of a second spray(!). http://www.pam4you.com/pages/products/oliveoil/index.jsp Even there, they start to hint at the reality, when the give the full second estimate as <1 gram fat and 7 calories. Hope this helps, -Erin http://www.zenpawn.com/vegblog - Blue Rose Tuesday, July 15, 2008 8:23 PM Re: Re: Tofu Crisps recipe You can use olive oil spray... no calories, I've found... I think Pam makes it? I don't remember if it's vegan but I would imagine it is.
