I just wanted to say that I tried the Green Goddess Dressing

(http://www.fatfreevegan.com/dressings/green.shtml) and was blown away

by how amazingly good it is!

It seems a little thick for salad (but could be easily thinned out

with some water or soymilk. Plus I used extra-firm silken because

that's all my grocery carries in low-fat, so . . .) but it was

fantastic as a dip for baby carrots (which is what I had made it for)

and I think it would taste amazing on a baked potato.

Just thought I'd share for those who haven't tried this recipe yet. I

am serious: I was blown away! The recent discussion of trying tofu for

the first time? Get some low-fat silken tofu and try this recipe as a

salad dressing, vegetable dip, or baked potato topper and be prepared

to be amazed with terrific flavor. You will *swear* you are eating

sour cream.
