Supper menu Monday- Grilled tofu and onions,fresh wakame salad Tuesday- Primavera, with roma tomatoes, artichokes and ww pasta, veg sausage. Wednesday- Chana dal (small chickpea) curry over brown rice, cucumber salad. Thursday (band practice night, quick meal)- Nachos- FF corn totilla chips, ff refried beans, pico da gallo, guacamole Friday- Stirfry- brocoli, cashews, hot peppers, garlic, and tempeh over rice with plum sauce.
