Not only have I never heard of borlotti beans, but I've never heard of cranberry beans either. I'll have to GOOGLE them.

Yesterday, I went through the FFV site, trying to get an idea for dinner and I remembered SECHUEN TOFU WITH GARLIC SAUCE. I haven't made it in quite a while. OH YUMMY!!!!!! This is such a good recipe. I used canned waterchestnuts and broccoli instead of the baby bok choy because that is what I had on hand. This is such a great recipe. Just thought that I'd share :0)
