Fortunately, this is not a picky kid. So far, this is my list, but I hope to expand it pretty quickly: Tofu with Thai chili sauce over brown rice (she wanted to know if we could have the same thing at the next meal) Vegan sushi Potatoes with Punk Rock Chickpea Gravy Planning to make tahini rotini tonight, with whole-grain rotini. She'll probably gobble it up. (Tahini Rotini is one of our tried-and-true finds on fatfreevegan.com -- http://www.fatfreevegan.com/pasta/tahini.shtml ) She's not especially fond of my peanut sauce, or of anything containing sauerkraut.
