Guest guest Posted June 18, 2008 Report Share Posted June 18, 2008 Tomato, Cucumber, and Basil Salad Makes 6 servings Directions 4 fresh tomatoes, quartered and sliced 1/2 large English cucumber, peeled, quartered, and sliced 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves 3 - 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 freshly ground black pepper, to taste Arrange tomatoes and cucumber in a flat bowl. Add basil, dress with vinegar, and sprinkle with black pepper.
