Guest guest
Mark, you seem so comfortable (I don't know if that is the word that I'm looking for) with the complete fat free thing so I would like your opinion on something. I really like a couple of the pie recipes from FFV (lemon and pumpkin). What is your favorite recipe for a FF pie crust? Your favorite okay? I'd just finished blogging about Essy's video about "Heart Attack Proofing, etc." and sending a note to FatFree, when I got the news feed about Tim Russert dying of a heart attack.People need to realize that, in 2006 (latest figures available), some 750,000 American men and women died of heart and cerebrovascular disease.Allowing for the 3 to 6 percent with "genetic" issues, that's still way too many people dying needlessly.Would that the medical establishment and more carnivores, vegetarians, and vegans, understood: a low-fat vegan diet can not only reverse heart disease (which conventional medicine can't do), it can, literally, "heart attack proof" you.For me, the decision on which way to go was a no brainer. Lost the taste for fat, feel great, plan to be around for a long time.FYI, Mark Instant message from any web browser!
