Note that he says, based on his peer-reviewed research, that within 3 to 4 weeks of following a no-added fat vegan diet, you can, effectively, heart-attack proof yourself. You can find more information about his research and the interview I did with him last year in my previous blog post. BTW: he looks pretty fit for a man in his mid-70s!
