Guest guest
Have a great one...easy easy easy bread... 3 cups flour... tablespoon salt...teaspoon yeast... enough water to make the mixture like thick pancake batter... don't knead... just mix together with spoon (do not over mix, just get the ingredients combined)... let sit in bowl for 1 1/2 hour... pour into iron skillet... pop into 450 degree oven... put saucepan of water in oven to create moisture... cook until crispy on top... about 35-45 mins... take out and turn bread out... gobble up just as soon as it's cool enough to touch... This will make a beautiful round/mounded sheperds loaf... moist and yummy and is good for 3 days at least... > If you have a bread recipe and would like to share it with me...I would > appreciate it. > > TIA >
