Sorry if I missed anything that was directed at me; I may go check the archives later on. Food for today: B1: " fried " potatoes with ketchup B1: Fruit L1: Split-pea soup and bread; chopped salad L2: Popcorn D1: Pierogies, veggies, maybe a salad D2: Cereal with rice milk and banana I had the heart scan thing. I'll find out the results at my appointment on the 29th (unless something bad is going on, in which case I assume they'll call me sooner). Thanks, everyone, for all your support during the pre-heart-scan diet.
