Guest guest Posted May 13, 2008 Report Share Posted May 13, 2008 1 package lite silken tofu 1/4 cup Bragg's Aminos 3 green onions 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 cup parsley flakes Blend together in blender until smooth. Chill. This is a delicious dressing for all types of green salads. We have even used this as a dip for raw vegetables, topping for rice and/or potatoes. I have put this dressing together in the morning to take a small container to work and the rest is often gone when I come home for dinner because my husband likes it so much. He uses it on almost everything!! Thank you for the wonderful recipes you have posted. The ones I have tried are so delicious. I was so happy to see that Mary McDougall contacted you to be one of their Celebrity Chefs. We have been great fans of Dr. John and Mary McDougall for some time. They helped me change my whole way of thinking as to what is really a healthy diet. As a result my health has improved beyond belief in just over a year following their program.
