Guest guest
I have been making soymilk for my family for almost 2 years and I still think it needs a little tweaking. One batch makes about 6-7 cups of milk. Do you keep the froth or foam that is on top, or do you remove that? Thanks you! *Plain milk recipe? *Vanilla milk recipe? *Chocolate milk recipe? Some people remove that and some people (including me) don't bother. > *Plain milk recipe? I mainly only use soymilk in recipes, and I just put it straight in. I'm not a big drinker of drinks other than water and an occasional Greek coffee. > *Chocolate milk recipe? Sometimes I make a smoothie out of chilled soymilk, frozen bananas and about a teaspoon of cocoa powder. That's sweet enough for me but my tastebuds have seriously shifted due to diet changes and medications, so I can't say whether a normal mouth would enjoy the flavor or not. If not, try including some maple syrup or other sweetener of your choice. Sparrow
