Today I was working on the salad dressing, one of which has no added oil and turned out really yum! It's basically a drained can of chickpeas, blended with 35g of white miso, 160g water, 1 teaspoon cider vinegar, 2 teaspoons apple juice concentrate, 1/4 teaspoon each of salt, grated fresh(or frozen) ginger and crushed garlic, plus chill powder to taste.
