Guest guest Posted May 4, 2008 Report Share Posted May 4, 2008 Day 22, Saturday, 5/3/08 One thing I'm noticing is that since almost all my food is no-added-fat and vegan, I really do appreciate the " feast foods " more. I mean, I really enjoy them when I have them, and then I don't really feel a need for them for a while. Last night, we were celebrating our first night alone (the teenager went home in the morning), and we watched movies for hours, and ordered in a bunch of appetizers from the local pizza place. It was a fun evening, a lovely little feast, and I have no desire to do it again any time soon. :-) Pulse: Took thyroid meds?: Yes Other meds: None Walk miles: 3.3 Symptoms: Hips were a little stiff from sleeping too long; after the fatty dinner, all my joints ached; skin is still kind of oily Planned food: B1: B2: Carrot sticks L1: Chana dal, salad, brown rice L2: Watermelon D1: Sweet-and-sour tofu & veggies, rice, salad D2: Fruit, cut-up veggies, toast Actual food: B1: Orange juice B2: Rice crackers, a tomato L1: Restaurant: tofu scramble, potatoes, toast/jam (no butter), iced tea L2: Watermelon and mango; rice crackers D1: Ordered delivery -- so many non-veg things I won't even list them D2: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
