Guest guest Posted May 3, 2008 Report Share Posted May 3, 2008 Menu Thursday Breakfast: Whole wheat English muffin, apple, cup soy milk Lunch: vegie burger with the works on ww toast, green salad with vinegar Dinner:Portabella Fajitas, lime juice, grilled onions and peppers, whole wheat tortillas, corn on the cob (Beef for D & E) Friday Breakfast: banana, ww tortilla, lc soy milk Lunch: apple, strawberries, finger vegetables Dinner: Artichoke/spinach ravioli with TJ's nosalt pasta sauce, green peppers and mushrooms (beef ravioli for D) Saturday Breakfast: smoothie with spinach, fresh strawberries, soy milk and 1T oat bran Lunch: rollup with fresh spinach , tomatoes, ff humus and ww tortilla, apple Dinner: homemade pea-veg soup with kale, carrots and onion, blended, oat-corn muffins Sunday Breakfast: oat-corn muffin, tea, orange Lunch: salad, leftover pea-veg soup Dinner: grilled veg and terriaki tofu, buckwheat noodles Monday Breakfast: smoothie with greens, fruit and soy milk Lunch: salad with beans Dinner:home made individual pizzas ww dough, tomatos, artichokes, garlic-tofu sauce, mushrooms(Salami and cheese on D's) Tuesday Breakfast: orange, homemade cottage “fried” potatoes, tea Lunch: Salad, peanut butter and dill pickle rollup on ww tortilla Dinner: Kungpao tempe with red peppers, greens, peanuts and soy sauce, brown rice, (chicken for D) Wednesday Breakfast: oatmeal with apples and soy milk, tea Lunch: finger veg, cold bean burrito Dinner: Lentil loaf, baked sweet potatoes, salad (turkey loaf for D) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
