I had to go on-line and see when the heck I uploaded this recipe, as it wasn't any time recent! Last July?!?! You're one of the few people who actually *does* look at the archives! LOL Depending on how long you let it whirl, it's lumpy to hummus-like in consistency and would be used like hummus would, either as a sandwich spread or a thick dip. How is it? Sweet, very sweet. I think I only made it once and found it too sweet for our tastes - I like a dip more like the old " packet of onion-soup in mayo " kind I used to eat when younger, and as a sandwich spread, without the onion it would be good for breakfast on toast.
