I make a game out of choosing the healthiest possible thing when I order from restaurants, and I had some really yummy stuff to choose from. I did splurge a little on some peanut butter late at night, but not a lot. Pulse: 72 Took thyroid meds?: Yes Other meds: None Walk miles: 1.8 Symptoms: Hips were a little stiff from sleeping too long Planned food: B1: Toast, banana B2: Carrot sticks L1: Chana dal, salad, brown rice L2: Watermelon D1: Sweet-and-sour tofu & veggies, rice, salad D2: Fruit, cut-up veggies, toast Actual food: B1: Toast, banana B2: L1: James took me to a Korean restaurant. I had a tofu/mushroom hot pot, steamed rice, and several little kim chee items. So yummy.
