Do put this together by feel or do you have a written-out recipe for

The gravy is the Punk Rock Chickpea Gravy from Vegan with a Vengeance,

made without the tablespoon of oil. The rest is just whatever veggies

you have on hand. Sometimes I put in chunks of tofu and/or seitan, but

it's not necessary. The topping is just mashed potatoes (no fat), and

this time I added chopped green garlic to the topping.

 

Bake for 20 minutes at 400 or 30-45 minutes at 350, depending on what

else is going on in your oven. Don't be like I was last night and forget

to sit it on a cookie sheet, or you'll end up with burnt pools of gravy

on the bottom of your oven. :-)
