(I'm glad they work for other folks, but they were not for me.) Pulse: 78 Took thyroid meds?: Yes Other meds: Aspirin when I banged my forehead with the freezer door. Ouch! Walk miles: 3.4 Symptoms: Slight headache on waking; wouldn't be surprised if it was all the sodium I had yesterday. Moderate hip pain. Some digestive distress that I'm sure was yesterday's fatty meals. Planned food: B1: Sweet potatoes, orange B2: Carrot sticks L1: Chana dal, salad, brown rice L2: Salad D1: Farmer's pie (tofu and veggies -- carrots, onions, green garlic, fresh peas, fresh fava beans -- with chickpea gravy and a mashed-potato crust) D2: Fruit Actual food: B1: Sweet potatoes, orange B2: Leftover sweet potatoes L1: Vegan brown-rice sushi and vegan minestrone (at the market) L2: Bananas D1: Farmer's pie (tofu and veggies -- carrots, onions, green garlic, fresh peas, fresh fava beans -- with chickpea gravy and a mashed-potato crust) D2: Popcorn Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
