Guest guest Posted May 1, 2008 Report Share Posted May 1, 2008 Day 19, Wednesday, 4/30/08 It's tempting to skip journaling when I'm not being compliant, but I'm going to do it anyway, because that was/is my plan. :-) I never actually finished planning my food today, and then I was tired most of the day, and I'll bet it's because of the crap I ate. Lesson learned. (I've also learned that I get irritable if I get too hungry -- this program is all about the lessons, huh? ;-) Pulse: 90 Took thyroid meds?: Yes Other meds: None Walk miles: 1 Symptoms: I actually feel great today, just a bit tired. Go figure. :-) Planned food: B1: Cold cereal with banana and soymilk B2: L1: L2: D1: Potatoes and chickpea gravy; veggies D2: Actual food: B1: My niece made me rice and toast and fruit for breakfast. Not fat-free, not vegan, but it was very sweet of her, and it was very yummy. :-) B2: L1: James bought us fast food. I ate some seriously fatty stuff (chicken, cole slaw, potatoes/gravy, corn), and then slept for most of the afternoon and into the evening D1: Popcorn, watermelon, sugar snap peas D2: Salami sandwich, bowl of cereal with soymilk Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
