Guest guest
Day 18, Tuesday, 4/29/08 I don't know why I plan breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, when that's not really the way it works for me. It's more like breakfast, small meal between breakfast and lunch, lunch, small meal between lunch and dinner, dinner, small meal between dinner and bedtime. :-) This is the way I've always eaten, but it's even more important for me to eat several small meals since I started McDougalling, because if I go more than a few hours between meals, I get SO HUNGRY! :-) Maybe I should plan more like Breakfast 1, Breakfast 2, Lunch 1, etc. I chose to take a break in the evening and eat what the family was eating. I was cooking their dinner (I sometimes make one meal for us all, but I still have non-McDougall foods in the house, so I sometimes use some of those up by cooking something separate for them), and feeling stressed and deprived, and I wanted to just relax and not try to find something for myself to eat. I'm glad I did it, because it relieved some stress. Still, I want to have more quick foods in the house to eat so that I don't get so cranky and irritable.
