Pulse: 72 Took thyroid meds?: Yes Other meds: None Walk miles: 1.9 Symptoms: Mild heart palpitations; mild joint pain; skin is still oily; still have my period Planned food: B: Toast, fruit L: Vegan lunch with Food Not Bombs D: Veggie curry, brown rice, salad S: Fruit, cut-up veggies, toast, pickled cabbage Actual food: B: Whole-wheat bagel, banana L: Vegan lunch with Food Not Bombs -- raw asparagus, vegan sushi, juice smoothie, vegan chili with beans and barley, iced tea D: Spaghetti with tomato sauce, salad w/fat-free dressing S: pickled cabbage, banana, rice crackers Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
