Guest guest Posted April 27, 2008 Report Share Posted April 27, 2008 Day 15, Saturday, 4/26/08 Because I ate out all day, I definitely had more fat than I've been eating lately, but I made really good choices all day (even though the temptation was there to just call it a junk-food day, I didn't want to ruin the experiment). Pulse: Took thyroid meds?: Yes Other meds: None Walk miles: 2.3 Symptoms: Mild joint aches Planned food: B: Hot cereal, fruit L: Out with Guy and the Munchkin D: Out with Guy and the Munchkin (if we're home early, then chana dal and brown rice and carrots) S: Fruit, cut-up veggies, toast Actual food: B: Farina with honey L: Out with Guy and the Munchkin -- Vegetable soup, spaghetti marinara, bread, salad D: Out with James and the Munchkin -- vegan sushi, vegan minestrone S: Red peppers, oil-free hummus, mango, whole-wheat pita, peanuts, lemonade with stevia Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
