Guest guest
Hi Veg Shiritaki are excellent in a cold Aisian salad with a soy/rice vinegar/ toasted sesame dressing. You dont even have to cook them, just put them in a bowl, pour boiling water over them and let them soak for 15 minutes then drain, Excellent for a veg sukiyaki or shabu shabu too! clear skies lc carol - " veggie2love " <veggie2love Friday, April 25, 2008 19:48 PM Shirataki Noodles > Hi All, > > I have been a vegan now for about three months:)! Guest guest
I like them but only eat the kind from the Asian market because the tofu kind aren't vegan (contain shellfish). They take a little getting used to, and I don't recommend them in anything but Asian dishes. I have several recipes for them on my blog, but the one with pesto isn't really good at all!
