Not to say that it's not still difficult sometimes to be hungry and want to just eat whatever's easy, but it's becoming a natural habit to go seeking out McDougally foods. I really do have to work to eat enough when I'm eating this way. I should put some emergency food in my bag or something, too, so I don't get cranky and/or sick. Day 13, Thursday, 4/24/08 Pulse: 75 Took thyroid meds?: Yes Other meds: None Walk miles: 4 Symptoms: Mild joint pain, mild headache Planned food: B: Toast and veggies L: Big salad w/beans and grains D: Pasta and veggies S: Fruit, cut-up veggies, homemade popsicles, toast Actual food: B: Garlic toast, tofu mayo, red peppers L: Big salad (greens, grapefruit, mushrooms, balsamic vinaigrette), corn D: Polenta with porcini, green salad w/fat-free dressing S: Bananas, red peppers, soy yogurt smoothie, corn Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
