Forgot to mention some canned pineapple and microwaved baked potato with

scallions/salt/pepper.

 

(I'm still amazed I found stuff to eat here yesterday, and I am resolved

to plan MUCH better next time I'm going to be away from home.

Congrats on not giving in to the desire to eat the " bad " stuff! That

can be really difficult, especially when you're eating with folks

whose dietary choices aren't as restrictive. Big pat on the back for

you!!
