Guest guest Posted April 21, 2008 Report Share Posted April 21, 2008 Day 9, Sunday, 4/20/08 There was some big stress in the evening, and I said, " I am really craving some deep-fried junk food right now, " but then I realized that wasn't actually what I was craving. I was craving something to make me de-stress, and eating does de-stress me, but I figured I could eat pepper strips and hummus and both de-stress AND not have stomach cramps for the rest of the night, so that's what I did.
