I was a little higher than planned on fruit today, but if that's the worst I ever do, I'm not gonna cry over it. :-) Day 4, Tuesday, 4/15/08 Pulse: 72 Took thyroid meds?: Yes Other meds: None Walk miles: 2.4 Symptoms: Woke with a slight headache; went back to bed and was awakened by hip pain. Yeesh. Mostly fine the rest of the day, with minor heart palpitations (not as bad as yesterday, though I forgot to note them yesterday) Planned food: B: " Fried " potatoes, ketchup, tomato juice L: Taco salad (baked tortilla chips, bean dip, salsa, veggies) D: Udon noodle soup with seitan and vegetables, kim chee S: Fruit, cut-up veggies, chips/salsa Actual food: B: " Fried " potatoes, ketchup, bell pepper L: Salad from a salad bar; sourdough roll (we went walking and got lunch out) D: Salad with low-fat tofu caesar dressing S: Tomato " sandwiches " (kavli, tofu mayo, tomato slices), 2 bananas, salad with low-fat tofu caesar dressing, baked chips and salsa, homemade peach/raspberry popsicle, small handful of raw cashews Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
