I didn't have everything in this recipe and I wanted to try it tonight,

so I used the following ingredients:

 

One 12-oz. block of lite silken tofu

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1.5 tsp granulated garlic

1.5 tsp dried minced onion

2 tsp salt

1 tsp prepared mustard

1/4 tsp Tabasco

 

It's pretty good. It's no Vegenaise, but it's got something like 2 grams

of fat in the whole recipe, and I think it'll be good in the tempeh tuna

salad. We'll see tomorrow.
