Guest guest
Serene, I think it is very generous of you to share this with us. There are those fleeting moments when blood sugar drops, hunger knaws and the mind is on vacation - we can ALL be left trying to recall exactly why it is that we don't eat cheese, or whathaveyou - not that better health is the reason that we all strive to be fat free or vegan. Sharing this type of reaction with this group is very useful. We have the chance to slip vicariously and reap the consequences vicariously, too. Also your assessment of the importance of preplanning is a good reminder of how to avoid brain-mouth disconnect.
