Hello All

 

I am writing with a very full belly after making the yummiest main

meal - post beach swim!

 

first

1 Beetroot - cut into chunks

small sweet potato - chopped

vege stock

 

cook in boiling water until soft

 

then

a piece of ginger - chopped

a clove of garlic - chopped

big sized Spanish Onion - go on cry!

zucchini - chopped

cinnamon

sesame seeds

shredded coconut

oil or nuttelex

 

fry until vegetables are cooked - I added spoonfuls of the cooking

liquid from the root vegetables

 

add

chopped carrot and celery plus a bit of linseed oil

 

nosh!
