Well if the FDA is anything to go by the US would know zero about soy

or any other alternate or healthy style food.

 

A lot of people have bad mouthed soy online and later found to be in

the employ of the dairy industry.

 

There is lots of info out there and personally I see nothing wrong

with soy milk as a replacement for dairy in drinks, cereals, cooking

in moderation of course. Anything is better to my mind than the intense cruelty

of the dairy industry. Not to mention that the guy who did my bone density test

eats no dairy as he claims it is awful for bones. You have to make your

own informed choices.
