I now have other good sources to check as well as that one. BTW, I did find the booklet, (stuck in between some old mail) " Guide to Food Ingredients, A Helpful Guide to Deciphering Food Labels, " by Jeanne-Marie Bartas; it's published by the Vegetarian Journal and its $6.00, according to the cover.
