On the list, we try to help each other. I would not have thought of putting yeast, honey, and flax seed together. I imagine it would taste bad. Perhaps having a good lowfat vegan cookbook would help? I am not sure which plan you mean; do you mean the PCRM book series Healthy Eating for Life (perhaps the book for diabetics), or did you mean Dr. Furman's Eat to Live? If you mean the former, than I have tons of recommendations. If you mean the latter, than others on the board will be more help to you. I can recommend, however, you look at the recipes on the fatfree vegan site: http://fatfreevegan.com/ You can search there for recipes that meet whichever eating plan you have chosen. Good food helps one keep on program. Oh, and stay away from the sweet rolls for 21 days. Take care, Aly
