It's very colorful and tasty indeed. Seiten Vegetable Stew in Orange Ginger Sauce 2 cups orange juice 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp fresh grated ginger 2 Tbs cornstarch dissolved in a bit of cold water 1 box flavored seiten in water, drained 1/2 large red bell pepper chunky diced 1 small sweet potato cooked and chunky diced 1 small yellow squash cooked, chunky diced 1 small onion cooked ,chunky diced 1 small box mushrooms cooked , quartered salt, fresh grated black pepper to taste 1 tsp smoked paprika In saucepan add juice, sugar, soy sauce, ginger . Dissolve cornstarch in a bit of cold water and add to pot. Cook and stir until almost to a boil and thickened. Remove from heat. Add the cooked vegetables. Stir gently to blend all. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Serve over cooked brown rice if desired. Note: I microwave cook the veges together except for the sweet potato which I micro separately.
