Okay, I found some info on the ingredients of Rich's Whip Topping: Ingredients: water, high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated

coconut oil, contains less than 2% of the following: carbohydrate gum,

sugar, polysorbate 60, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, salt, sodium

alginate, soy lecithin, artificial flavor, sodium citrate, natural

flavor, colored with turmeric and annatto extracts.Personally, I don't eat high fructose corn syrup, but you know how the holidays are and at least this is better than eating any animal goo. I'm still searching for nutritional info, but with with coconut oil as the 3rd ingredient, it's pretty safe to say it's not fat free or low fat.
