Guest guest
There were a few higher-fat vegan things around the house that I didn't want to throw away (treats I love, like my marinated tomatoes, and a can of vegan tom khar soup), but those are gone, so now my house is cleansed of fatty foods (except the lunch meat and cottage cheese and eggs that my partner uses for protein, but those things aren't yummy to me, so they're no issue). I've let him know that all food I cook will be McDougally from now on, and he's up for it. I really really love having a partner who's so supportive of me. I'm almost out of the unsweetened soymilk I drink when I'm not restricting fat, and I'm gonna make a batch of rice milk to replace it. Today's plan: Breakfast (already ate): Kashi nuggets with unsweetened soymilk Lunch: Celeriac soup; salad with fat-free dressing; whole-grain rolls Dinner: Sweet-and-sour seitan and veggies over rice Snacks: Bell peppers, fruit, popcorn, cereal, frozen strawberries Serene Spin the auto-sig generator, and she says: " The way to see by faith is to shut the eye of reason.
