Semi OT; Does kitchenAid make an old fashioned pastry cutter?

I'm searching for one that you would use to cut shortening into flour

for pie crust and things like that. They're nearly impossible to find

anywhere, and I know KitchenAid makes all sorts of handheld 'gadgets',

but I can't find a complete list.

Pastry cutters can be found in most local stores that carry kitchen items. Of

course, most would not be made by KitchenAid. Shortening is not exactly fat

free, of course.

Cooking Light magazine had low fat pie crust recipes several years back. They started with a slurry. Crusts are easy to substitute for cruelty free ingredients once you have their techniques. Their customer service may be helpful....
