Guest guest
I just made the marinade for the mahogany-glazed seitan riblets at http://tofu-n-sproutz.blogspot.com/2007/05/happy-memorial-day-and-recipe-for.htm\ l (with water in place of the sherry, as I don't cook with alcohol; also with Thai chili sauce in place of the Chinese duck sauce, because it's what I had on hand). I tasted the marinade, and I think it would make an *excellent* dressing for a salad that sort of imitates " Chinese chicken salad " . Just thought I would share my accidental discovery. :-) Serene -- Spin the auto-sig generator, and she says: " Question with boldness even the existence of God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason than that of blindfolded fear.
