Guest guest
I don't have a website or blog so I wasn't sure how to ask a question on the FF Vegan site about these. The recipe looks great and I want to give them a try but I was wondering: do you think that they would freeze well? I am going to have a housefull of guests at Christmas time and half will be vegetarian (yay!). I an going to try to make things like this and freeze them so that I can just pull them out of the freezer as an addition to soups. Your opinion please :0) Stef
Guest guest
Hi Stef, Yes, they freeze very well. Just lay them out on a baking sheet and freeze them separately. Once frozen, they can be put in a freezer bag or other container. When you're ready to serve them, heat them in a hot oven for about 15 minutes. (I actually meant to include this info in the recipe, but forgot!) And FYI, you should be able to comment on the blog just by choosing " Anonymous. " I think it's very important to hear from everyone, especially people who don't have blogs of their own to comment on. Guest guest
Thanks Susan! I really think that these will make a great addition to my "freezer stash". I'm also going to be making perogies and I think that recipe is from your list also. I am one of those people that needs to do most things in advance. If you happen to have any other ideas on this line I would appreciate them...that goes for everyone out there in FF Vegan-land :0) . So I can post a message on your site! I'll post one about how they turn out when I make them. Thanks Again! StefSusan Voisin <susan wrote: Hi Stef,Yes, they freeze very well. Just lay them out on a baking sheet andfreeze them separately.
