Please Support My New Year’s Resolution - A Bigger, Better Blog

Hello,

At the risk of appearing shamelessly self-promoting, my New

Year's resolution is to reach a wider audience with my blog, www.animalrighter.blogspot.com.

And so, starting this 2009 project a few days early, I am writing to let you

know about two virtually effortless and 100% free steps you can take to help me

achieve my goal: subscribing to and following my blog.

I launched my blog back in May 2006, but recently added two

widgets (in the upper right-hand corner) that allow rs to be notified

whenever I post a new entry, and to indicate on my blog homepage how many readers

are following it. As a r/follower, I'll try to consistently inform

& entertain you with dispatches from the animal protection front, but

you'll also be helping me reach a larger readership. That is, the more rs

& followers my blog has (especially of the public rather than anonymous

kind), the better its positioning on search engines will be – and the louder my

voice will be heard in the blogosphere.

I also encourage readers to post comments on my blog. Whether

you agree or disagree with my opinions, I'm interested in your feedback

(providing it's conveyed with at least a modicum of civility). And if there are

specific animal- or veg-related topics that you'd like to see me cover, I'm

certainly open to suggestions.
