Seed of Life opens in same location as Vital Ital Calabash

A second vegan restaurant is now operating in the Vital Ital location. It is named Seed of Life, and serves what they call "Grounding vegan dishes inspired by world cuisines" along with "High quality teas from Red Blossom Tea Co."This is a summary of their menu:Soups - Miso Fresh, Lemongrass Coconut; Salad - Emerald Green Salad (veges and quinoa); Entrees - Wrappers Delight (quinoa, yam, etc.), Forbidden Mushroom Wrap (rice, mushrooms, etc.), Samurai Soba Noodle (noodles with turmeric garlic coconut sauce etc.), Big Up Burger (portobello mushroom, veges, etc.)They currently operate from 5:55-11:11 PM Sunday-Friday, after Vital Ital has closed for the evening.After Tammy approves my new business listing you will be able to view it at: http://www.bayareaveg.org/ug/display.htm?id=882I hope you can come by and support them.
