Thom Hartmann, Green 960 and Prop 2

Thom Hartmann is usually an advocate for animal issues, and I was

VERY surprised to hear that promo. He is a vegetarian and mentions

that sometimes, altho his show is usually on other subjects.

 

I am also just sick about the negative things I've heard about Prop 2

since it passed. So many people seem to feel we have to take sides:

either we are for people or we're for chickens. Why can't we be for

both?

 

I heard similar sentiments on the 960 morning show hosted by

Stephanie Miller. One of her co-hosts said Prop 2 was ridiculous and

he had voted against it. She disagreed, but rather half-heartedly,

altho she had urged a yes on 2 vote before the election. I sent an e-

mail to her show about this.

 

I will definitely send a message to Green 960 about pulling the Thom

Hartmann promo. I hope they do.
