Loving Hut, Chinatown

Went to Loving Hut for lunch (Stockton at Vallejo). We were able to

order off both the lunch and dinner menu. We ordered chow mein, a

lemongrass chicken dish, a 5-spice tofu skin dish, a soy protein satay

on skewers and a mock fish dish. The lemongrass was great but dry.

Needs a sauce. The 5-spice tofu skin was so salty we could barely eat

it. The satay could have used a dipping or peanut sauce and the shrimp

could have used a tarter type sauce or sweet and spicy sauce. Overall,

the food was too salty and not flavored or sauced enough. The TV was

on the whole time which was loudish and distracting. Nice crowd. Staff

was super friendly and the service was great.

Hopefully they will alter recipes with customer feedback.

Will try again...
