TIP: Go to any street corner with newspaper vending boxes: Remove a

stack of the freebies (SF BAY GUARDIAN, SF WEEKLY, EAST BAY EXPRESS,

etc.), insert a Prop. 2 flyer in each, then replace stack in box. Voila!

 

Illegal? Maybe. But they haven't caught me yet. And it's effective, and

the price is right. Go for it!
