DIRECTIONS

El Corte de Madera Creek Open Space Preserve is located in the Redwood City

hills about 9 miles south of Hiway 92. Here is the google maps link.

From CA 92, turn left (South) onto Skyline Boulevard (CA 35) and drive 8.6

miles. You have

to drive past the Skeggs Point parking lot, then find a safe place to turn

around and to

make a legal turn into the lot.

 

Carpooling is a GREAT idea. Post your carpool offer/need along with your

RSVP. I can fit 3-4 folks in my car and will be leaving Mt. View at 8:45 am.

 

MORE DEETS

This is a hike through scenic redwoods with varied terrain and varied but

wonderful vistas. Make sure to dress according to predicted weather. Rain does

NOT

cancel, but of course if it looks like rain, you'll need the right gear.

Always bring enough water and a vegan snack, appropriate footwear and no pets.
