Hi there!

 

I just moved to San Francisco from NY and landed in an

apartment that was a bad situation. The good news is the landlord agreed to

break my lease – and now I’m looking for the right place. Can you please let me

know if you know of any apartments that work with what I’m looking for? Thanks

so much!

 

Rent preferably below $1750, I bedroom

Location: near Golden Gate Park (Richmond, Inner Sunset,

Panhandle, near Alamo Square, Haight) – I bike, and would like to be in this

area

Style - Edwardian or Victorian, with crown molding and

classic San Franciscan details, hardwood floors. Elevator bldg is fine with me

– just that I love the SF details

Quiet – on busy street is okay, if apt is in the back

and quiet (right now, I can’t sleep well at night because of the street noise)

Near Muni (I don’t have a car)

Safe to walk home at night (right now I’m in the

Tenderloin, and though I don’t feel unsafe, I’m very unhappy)

Cat allowed – I’m totally okay with paying extra

security for my 17-year-old Rokko

Dog allowed would be awesome

Sunny or adequate sunlight

View is very important but not a must

available immediately or any time before Nov. 30
